NFL Best Bets Week 5

Philadelphia (-3) vs Buffalo
This is the week that the Eagles and their One Hundred Million Dollar Man Michael Vick need to put up or shut up. Everything is on the line for them, and if they go 1-4 you can stick a fork in these guys. Buffalo had the Cinderella start, but were quickly turned back into a pumpkin last week losing to the Bengals. So what happens here? The Eagles have too much talent not to win and cover this game. Take Philly, on the road, and lay the points.
Pick: Eagles -3

Tennessee vs Pittsburgh (-3)
Basically take everything I said above and apply it here for the Pittsburgh Steelers. This line opened at -8, and I LOVED the Titans in that spot. However, the line has moved all the way down to -3. That changes everything. The Steelers have too much pride to let this one slip away. Lay the points here too.
Pick: Steelers -3

Chicago vs Detroit (-6)
Do you see a pattern here yet? Chicago is going on the road to take on the Lions in another must win situation. The Lions are undefeated and a much better team than in recent years, but in this spot, I am confident the Bears will rise to the occasion and hand the Lions their first loss. This game just might come down to a field goal, so road dog action is the play here.
Pick: Chicago +6 (*Note: Bears are now +7)
