We have now reached the halfway point for the NFL season and there have been some amazing stories so far.  However, this poll has nothing to do with those, it is all about the disappointing play of a select few.  Lets us know what you think has been the biggest let down this NFL season so far.

Ochocinco

So much noise was made when the outspoken Chad Ochocinco was signed by the New England Patriots.  Chad even made a public event about his own jersey number, 85.  In the end, he has done next to nothing this year and his name is not even mentioned along with the team in highlight reels.  In total, he has 9 catches for a total of 136 yards and 0 touchdowns this year.

Chargers

Once again, the Chargers find themselves in the world of the average.  As usual in San Diego, the hopes were high coming into the season only to find themselves headed toward another .500 season as they ride on the back of the NFL’s leader in INT’s, Phillip Rivers.

Kolb/Arizona

Kevin Kolb headed to Arizona with some big expectations on his shoulders this year.  Well, the Cardinals are not only no better than they were without Kolb, they are actually worse.  Arizona is a shocking 1-6 heading into play today.  If he didn’t just sign a $100 million contract, we would feel sorry for Larry Fitzgerald.

The Chiefs

Don’t let the Monday Night win against the Chargers fool you, Kansas City is not good this year.  Proof came in today as they were blasted by the 1-7 Dolphins.  This is a far cry of the AFC West champs of 201o.  They look terrible, even though they are at .500.

The Eagles

Last, but not least, the “Dream Team” in Philly.  Much like the Chiefs, don’t let a big win on a big stage fool you, the Eagles are not that good.  If his score of 9 on the NFL intelligence test didn’t prove it, Vince Young made his case for biggest moron in the league when he coined the Eagles the NFL’s Dream Team before playing a down.  Since that time the team has sucked, he has gotten hurt and is now fighting a lawsuit from a Dallas strip club, way to go Vinny!  This supposed to be Super Bowl team, with more than a dozen All-Pro’s, has underperformed greatly and is headed into Monday Night Football hoping to crawl back to .500 football.
