Steve Johnson was fined for mocking Plaxico Burress by pretending to shoot himself in the leg as a touchdown celebration, this we all know. In case you don’t, below is the game footage of the incident.
Burress shot himself in the leg because he walked into a nightclub with a gun in his waistband that accidentally went off. Are we supposed to treat his stupidity as some sort of tragedy? Yes, Burress paid his debt to society. Frankly I am not sure why a guy who shot himself serves more time than some that shoot other people, but should he be made fun of?
