It is now confirmed the last year’s NBA MVP, Derrick Rose is out the rest of the year with a torn ACL in is left  knee.  

With 1:22 seconds left in the game and the Bulls up by 12, Rose made a lateral cut to the basket and went down in agony.  The Bulls star point guard tore his left ACL on the play and ended his season with a brilliant comeback game of 23 points, 9 rebounds and 9 assists. 

The Bulls were 18-9 without Rose in the lineup, but how in the world can you replace the loss of this caliber of player during the playoffs?  Time will tell….
