First Los Angeles Lakers‘  Head Coach Mike Brown had to replace Phil Jackson, then he had no training camp because of the lockout, then all of the trade rumors with Pau Gasol the loss of Odom and CP3 going across town, Metta World Peace, Andrew Bynum issues and so on.

Even though the Lakers were still the #3 seed in the West, it matters not to Lakers fans or management, says Magic Johnson.

“They’re going to run Mike Brown first out of town,” Johnson said as an ESPN NBA analyst Friday.

“Then second will be [Andrew] Bynum. Then third will be [Pau] Gasol.”

“His job will go,” Johnson said. “The Lakers are about championships. That’s what the Lakers are about. if they lose this game, Mike Brown, I bet you, will not be sitting there.”

“Mike Brown will not be coaching the Lakers if they lose this game,” Johnson said. “There would be so much pressure on Jim Buss and the Laker organization to get rid of him.”

If this all comes to reality, who will ever want to coach the Lakers again?  Why would they?  Mike Brown has had less than 365 days to prove himself in one of the toughest possible environments.  We feel like Mike Brown did the best possible job with a horrible situation and vastly improved his standing as an NBA coach in our eyes.  What are your thoughts?

All I know is this here! like any Job if you dont perform you have to go…short season or a full season you have to be ready for the task at hand. And when you are under that kind of pressure you have to step it up and go even harder….you have to be able to make changes on the fly and not rely on the past…If you work for the Lakers, you have to understand that Winning Titles is all its about…You also have to have the team behind you….The team do not believe in Coach Brown…Sorry he has to go…Period!!!!!!
