Kidd Arrested on DWI Charge: Trouble for New York?

Jason Kidd was brought in, to the New York Knicks, to most possibly be the mentor for Jeremey Lin and definitely be a leader and veteran for the organization. Well, I guess things do not always go as planned…

Jason Kidd was arrested on Sunday morning on an alleged drunk driving charge, according to police in Southampton.

Kidd was arraigned on a misdemeanor DWI charge on Sunday morning in Southampton Town Justice Court and released on his own recognizance.

Kidd officially signed a three-year, $9.5 million deal with the Knicks on Thursday.
