Moving can be tough, but now Peyton Manning has solved the always huge problem of where to house the family.

Manning, in case you haven’t heard, is the new quarterback of the Denver Broncos.  He recently purchased a little place in the Cherry Hills Village suburb of Denver.

According to the Denver Post, Manning paid a mere $4,575,000 for the quaint 16,000 square foot house on 3.37 acres of land.  Quite a deal, since the place was listed at 5.25 million dollars just a year ago.
